Privacy Policy

ØNYX Media & Marketing is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients' information. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is stored and protected.

1. What We Collect

Contact Info — Your name, email address, and phone number.
Business Info — Your social media handles and account credentials required to post on your behalf.
Payment Info — Your billing details. We never store raw card numbers. All payment processing is handled securely and exclusively by Stripe.

2. Why We Collect It

To create, schedule, and publish your social media content.
To send invoices and process payments.
To provide performance updates and reporting on your accounts.

3. Who Else Sees Your Data

We do not sell your data to third parties. We share information only with the following authorized platforms used to operate ØNYX:
Stripe — Secure payment processing
Google (Gmail / Google Drive / Google Workspace) — Email communication and file storage
Wix — Website and client portal hosting
Notion — Internal project management and asset organization

4. Your Right to Delete

You own your data. If you terminate services or request data deletion at any time, we will permanently remove your credentials, contact information, and business account access from all ØNYX systems within 7 business days of your request.

5. How We Keep It Secure

All sensitive login information is stored exclusively in a dedicated password manager with two-factor authentication enabled. Access is restricted to authorized ØNYX team members only. We treat your account credentials with the same level of care we give our own.
